"Four Months Later, Still Nothing"
Been waiting four months now—still haven’t received my order, and nobody’s getting back to me. No support at all. They basically took £110.96 GBP from me. The only time I actually got something from them was my first order.

"Stay Away from A-list"
Wish I could give zero stars! Placed my order in April, but it never showed up. After a while, they just stopped answering my emails. Tried reaching out through their site and social media, but got nothing back. Gave up on the order and requested my money back, but still haven’t heard a peep or seen a refund. Service is just terrible. Seriously, don’t bother spending your cash or time here. It’s a real letdown, especially since they used to be reliable. Something’s definitely off with this company now. Better to shop somewhere else.

This site is a complete rip-off—don’t waste your money here. They took my payment and never sent a thing, plus they ignored every message I sent trying to get in touch. I’ve already let the main Jocko Fuel folks in the US know about what’s going on, and they’re going to check into it. People need to be warned about this business; you can’t just let a company keep scamming folks like this.

"Avoid This Company at All Costs"
I made a purchase back in May for some items that were on preorder, with an estimated arrival time set for the first week of June. That date came and went, and I found myself having to reach out for updates. Eventually, I requested a refund about a month and a half ago since there was still no sign of my items. At that time, I got a response saying they would handle the refund, but here I am in the middle of August, and I still haven't seen it. All my follow-up emails have been ignored, even though they keep sending out regular promotional emails! I had to involve my credit card company because it was quite a bit of money! I'm really let down and can't recommend this company to anyone; it's gone downhill fast. After checking Trustpilot, I found out that a lot of other folks are facing the same issues. I just want my money back!

Honestly, if it was possible to give no stars, I’d do it. My first purchase with this company was back on May 3rd. The website promised next day shipping, but my package never showed up. After a week of radio silence, I shot them an email. About another week later, they finally got back to me, only to say the item was actually on preorder and wouldn’t ship until June. Nowhere did it say that when I bought it! I wasn’t thrilled, but since I didn’t need it urgently, I agreed to wait. June rolled by—still nothing, no word from them. I reached out again, and after two more weeks, they replied, basically brushing me off and offering other flavors instead. That’s when I asked for my money back. It’s almost the end of August now, and I’m still empty-handed—no product, no refund, and they’re ignoring my emails. Save yourself the headache and avoid this store!

I wish I could give them zero stars! I made my first order on May 3rd, and I’m still waiting for it! When I ordered, it said next day delivery was an option. After a week without any updates, I reached out via email. A week later, I got a response saying the item I wanted was on preorder and wouldn’t ship until June! This info wasn’t anywhere on the product page when I ordered. I was pretty annoyed, but since I didn’t need it right away, I decided to wait. June passed, and still no sign of my order or any updates. I contacted them again, and after two weeks, I finally got another email, which was basically just them brushing me off, saying the item was still out of stock but that they had other flavors. At that point, I requested a refund. Now, we’re nearing the end of August, and I still have no product, no refund, and no responses to my emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

"Two months and still no product or refund"
I placed an order for their sleep aid on May 20th for a buddy. Here we are, two months down the line, and still nothing has shown up. I've reached out for a refund four times, but no luck there either. As of now, I'm still out £30 from two months back. The situation really speaks for itself.
